After he goes back on his promise and tells Bea that he is planning on reading it in front of the whole school, she enlists her best friends Milo and Oscar to help get it back.

Coincidentally, Clamanthas squad has become incapacitated due to a tragic accident, and she needs a ragtag group of students to compete at the All Species Cheer Off against her old school rival, Clamanda (voiced by Busy Phillips). Oscar plunges into the cheer life and finds that having a little fish spirit can go a long way.
